CANCELLATION POLICY

Please do not bring a guest with you to your appointment. Due to our intimate spacing we do not have room to accommodate any one who is not receiving a service. Clients are welcomed to reschedule or cancel their appointment with in 48 hours. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule their appointments 48 hours prior. All cancelations made 24 hours or less before your appointment time will be charged a 50% service fee up to the stylist digression. I understand completely that sometimes life gets in the way. Please message me in advance so we can work something out! No shows will be charged the same as above. If you cancel last minute/no show multiple times you will be blocked from booking. All clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. Arriving later than the 10 minute grace period can result in canceling or rescheduling the appointment. I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals, so please let me know as soon as you can if you will be late to your appointment.
